By downloading, installing, or using the Suits & Skirts Drycleaning mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. - Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

- Transmit any viruses or malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the App are the property of Suits & Skirts Drycleaning or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suits & Skirts Drycleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
