A: After scheduling, a Suits & Skirts team member will arrive at your chosen time and location. You’ll get real-time updates in the app when your order is picked up, processed, and out for delivery.
Q: What areas do you currently serve?
A: We currently serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, and select NYC neighborhoods. Coverage areas may expand—check the app for updates.
Q: Is there a minimum order for free pickup?
A: Yes, pickup and delivery are complimentary for orders over $35. Orders below this amount may include a small service fee.
